Kevin’s career spans 20+ years in the public and private sectors. After graduating from Brown (Class of 03), Kevin became policy aide and then chief speechwriter to then-Gov Mark Warner (D-VA). He then graduated from law school at Georgetown, joined the Obama Administration to help write the nation’s strategy for the future of the internet ecosystem, attended business school at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and most recently is a 3x founding CEO of tech startups.
Kevin is currently the co-founder & CEO of Further (withfurther.com), a new fintech/proptech AI startup focused on helping aspiring homebuyers with financial planning. Prior to Further, Kevin was the founding CEO of Caribou (caribou.com), a fintech that transforms people’s financial relationship with their cars. Kevin built Caribou from pre-seed to unicorn in 5 years, refinancing more than $2B in auto loans and saving consumers over $130M dollars.
Kevin lives in Washington, DC with his wife (Kristen), new daughter (Busy), and rescue boxer-pit (Judy Garland).
