Sebastian is a rising third-year student at Brown studying International & Public Affairs on the Policy and Governance track. A transfer student from the University of St Andrews in Scotland, he chose to study at Brown in his sophomore year to pursue his interest in American and international politics, specifically campaigning and expanding voting rights. Previously, he worked as field director on the David Hackney campaign for Washington State House Representative, overseeing field operations and social media. Sebastian is a member of the elections team of Brown Every Vote Counts as well as the Brown Screenwriting Collective. In his free time, he enjoys sabre fencing, watching international & classic movies, traveling, and discovering spicy condiments.
