Tiana Hertel ’10: Office Hours

Tiana is an attorney focused on intellectual property and technology matters. Her experience covers a variety of technology-related transactions including: joint ventures, strategic alliances, and research and development; technology transfers; software licensing and distribution; co-branding agreements; and e-commerce, internet, and website agreements. In addition, Tiana has counseled clients regarding a wide array of patent, copyright, and trademark issues, and has provided intellectual property and technology advice in the context of mergers, acquisitions, and corporate financings.
