Brown EP First-Year Immersion
Join Brown EP’s First Year Immersion Program, a summer-long program designed by first years for first years with the goal of diving into entrepreneurship on Brown’s campus and in the broader Brown community. From hands-on workshops to alumni networking events, First Year Immersion will offer first-year students every resource possible to explore the entrepreneurial scene of Providence. For students interested in entrepreneurship, currently involved in entrepreneurship, or even just trying something out for the summer, First Year Immersion has something for everyone. Join student entrepreneurs Jack Schaeffer ‘22, Co-founder of MediCircle, Elvia Perez ‘22, Founder of EmpowerU, Juliana Lederman ‘23, Co-founder of Silent StopWatch, and Maggie Bachenberg ‘22, Co-founder of Pointz for an introduction to the plethora of resources available to student startups on campus. This event will feature four student startups as well as speakers from the Nelson Center.
