Perkies is an innovative stick-on bra company founded by Rosie Mangiarotti ’18. Unlike traditional stick-on bras, Perkies adhesives are replaceable. Wearers can even hand wash bras rather than simply toss them. In addition to bras, Perkies also offers seamless underwear, nipple covers, and nipple enhancers. The popular social media brand also donates part of their proceeds to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Perkies was a 2018 Brown Venture Prize Finalist and part of B-Lab’s 2018 cohort.
Perkies products can be found on their website and at Target, Nordstrom, Urban Outfitters, and other retailers. Perkies expanded its product line with Perkies Petals Nipple Covers and Perkies Nipple Enhancers (patent pending). Through a new partnership with AnaOno, a maker of bras for people who have had mastectomies, customers can now purchase Perkie Nips using HSA/FSA funds, offering a meaningful post-operative solution for women who have lost their nipples due to mastectomy.
