Startup Studio: Changes in U.S. Immigration Policy and Practice

Recently, there have been significant changes in U.S. immigration policy and practice. Peter Roberts ’83, is Founder and Principal of the immigration law firm Roberts Immigration Law Group. His clients include multinationals, entrepreneurs, founders, investors, start-ups, and start-up accelerators in all fields, including Y Combinator and YC founders. Peter will discuss the impact of these changes on would-be foreign national entrepreneurs/founders and employees, specifically, the impact on the processing of green card applications and the processing of temporary work authorization applications, most notably, H-1B applications.
