Jeff Goldman ’83 is an immigration lawyer with over 30 years of experience advising immigrant entrepreneurs, founders, and individuals about their strategic immigration options. Jeff has successfully filed thousands of H-1B and L-1 petitions and more than 1400 PERM Labor Certification applications.

A significant part of Jeff’s practice is working with scientists and entrepreneurs seeking Extraordinary Ability, National Interest Waiver, and Outstanding Researcher permanent residence classifications. As a mentor to MIT, Harvard, Stanford, and Brown students, as well as Y Combinator, TechStars, and Mass Challenge founders, Jeff has helped entrepreneurial founders and investors understand and implement effective immigration strategies.
