We were pioneers of Strategy Innovation in the mid-80’s and then wrote the book on it in 2003 (which we updated in 2013). Over time, we observed, and later, participated in the emergence of Enterprise Innovation. Then, a decade ago, we began exploring and advancing the relationship between Strategy Innovation, Enterprise Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
Our practice has emerged working with global organizations to achieve new growth – across borders and across most industries. We work with entrepreneurial start-ups, non-profits and Fortune 500 corporations. We are equally comfortable in C-suites or on factory room floors.
