BOSTON SYNAPSE
DISCOVER A LOCAL
ENTREPRENEURIAL ECOSYSTEM
ABOUT THE TRIPS
Through collaborations with our student club, Brown EP and the Consulate General of Israel to New England, we bring you Boston Synapse trips throughout the year. These trips provide Brown and RISD students the opportunity to explore the entrepreneurship culture of Boston, Massachusetts. Students meet with potential employers throughout Boston, and get a practical understanding of the day-to-day life of a startup, an opportunity to expand their professional network, and exposure to a variety of entrepreneurial career paths.
Each year we collaborate with the Israel Consulate in Boston to connect students to Israeli founded companies. Together with university and community partners, the Israeli Consulate in Boston launched Israel in Boston Entrepreneurship/Tech Treks. Over the course of a single day, up to 15 students from Brown University/RISD will visit 2-3 leading Israeli-founded companies operating in the Greater Boston area. Students will hear from company founders and leaders about their company’s journey as well as share job and internship openings.
