Sohum Sanu ’25
Brown EP Co-President
Sohum Sanu is a junior from Seattle, Washington pursuing a dual concentration in Computer Science and Psychology. He transferred to Brown as a sophomore from UC Berkeley, and quickly became involved in Brown’s Entrepreneurship Program (EP). He’s a social entrepreneur at heart, having founded the nonprofit StayRunning in high school to address youth mental health. His passion for this cause led him to speak at a Tedx event and author The Easy Nonprofit, a book on securing 501(c)(3) status efficiently.
Sohum continues to pursue entrepreneurial projects and is currently building third-party e-commerce apps. In his free time, you will find Sohum exploring new places on road trips, learning to play guitar, or cooking. If you run into him on campus, don’t hesitate to say hi — he’s always up for a chat!
