The newsletter scours 100+ sources for a daily 5-minute briefing on topics ranging from culture, science, sports, politics, business, and more. In 2021, the firm reported a 53% open rate. The name 1440 refers to the number of minutes within a day, as well as the year that the Gutenberg printing press was invented.
Since 1440 was founded in 2017, the newsletter has courted over $2.5 million in funding. Lipton was named to Forbes 30 Under 30.
