Founder & Former CEO of Zencare
Yuri Tomikawa is the founder and former CEO of mental health company, Zencare. Yuri founded Zencare in 2015 after her own difficulty finding a therapist online. She bootstrapped the mission-driven company to thousands of therapists and therapy seekers before its acquisition in 2021.
Prior to Zencare, Yuri was a consultant at McKinsey & Company. Yuri is passionate about bootstrapped startups, female founders, and women in business. She is particularly knowledgeable about finding product-market fit, bootstrapping, hiring and managing a growing team, marketplaces, and mental health.
