The Sioux Chef: An Indigenous Kitchen

Join the Food Studies at Brown Speaker Series, featuring Sean Sherman, founder/CEO of the company The Sioux Chef. He will describe his decade-long entrepreneurial endeavor, to revive precontact Indigenous cuisine, create a Native foods restaurant and food truck, and publish his first cookbook, all while training the next generation of Native chefs. Sean will be available after the talk to sign his new book.
