Dr Sheree Gregory lectures Human Resource Management, Innovation Management, and Leadership for Executive MBA at Western Sydney University, Australia. She interviewed CEO’s and MD’s from over 30 top family businesses about succession planning – handing over daughters or sons, or selling. Currently, she is examining leadership succession among university executives. Her research is published in prestigious journals, such as Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice.
